100% proceeds to Museums Victoria. This is a totally volunteer-run event. Donations to Museums Victoria over $2 are 100% tax deductible.

Your donation includes welcome drink and canapés (additional drinks at bar prices).

At this exclusive donors event, you will experience:

• A world-exclusive presentation by Dr Erich Fitzgerald on the latest Bayside fossil discoveries.

• ‘Eyes-only’ world-first public display of a major new fossil find from Bayside.

• Being present at the opening of a new frontier in Australian history!

Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs are home to the most important urban fossil sites in Australia. Extraordinary fossils of prehistoric sharks, whales and other sea creatures provide a unique window on Australia’s oceans from 5 million years ago. Your help in funding the surveying of these sites and the discovery of new fossils will help us gain critical insights into the history of Australia’s sea life, allowing us to better understand and preserve these natural wonders.

Further opportunities for supporting this cause will be available on the night.
