| PRESIDENT’S REPORT |
The President reported on the Society’s activities for the year. The report was tabled for record purposes. |
| TREASURER’S REPORT |
A statement of the receipts and payments for the year ended 31.8.76 prepared by the Treasurer was tabled and received. |
| ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS |
As there was only one nomination for each position, all nominations were carried thus:- President: P. (Paul) Weir Vice President: K. (Kenneth) Rendell Co. Secretaries: B. (William) Ridland, J. (Jennifer) McKinlay Treasurer: B. (Barbara) Cook Mr. J. (John) Halliday thanked K. (Kenneth) Rendell, the retiring President, for his contribution over the past years. |
| APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR |
R. D. McKinlay was appointed Auditor. |
| Mr. K. (Kenneth) Rendell then introduced the guest speaker, Mr. (David) Shaw, who gave a very interesting and informative talk on the reef offshore from Keefer’s Coast jetty. |
