Mrs Patricia Sinclair was the third
Treasurer of the Beaumaris Tree
Preservation Society, which began at its Inaugural General Meeting
on 28 January 1953. It changed its name to the
Beaumaris Conservation Society in 1970, which
was the year after which she had left the
Committee. She was the Treasurer from 1955 to
1957.

Patricia was made the tenth-ever Honorary Life Member
of Beaumaris Conservation Society Inc. at the General Meeting
held just before the Society’s 60th
Anniversary Celebration, at the
Beaumaris Community Centre, 96 Reserve
Road, Beaumaris, on Sunday, 19 May 2013.
 
Patricia married

Mr Rae Sinclair and they came to live at 22
Haldane Street, Beaumaris in 1951.

The photograph below shows Mrs Sinclair, while
sitting next to her friend, Mrs Joan Macrae,
holding the

Life Membership certicate that had just
been presented to her by the BCS Inc. President,
Mr Ron Morris, seated next to her.
