28 August 2007: PLANNING SCHEME – CONCOURSE: Council meeting of 2007-08-28 received Amendment C49 Panel Report, but sought more changes (see P.7)

April 2007: BCS Inc. President appeared in April 2007 before Panel preparing report to Planning Minister on Amendment C49, to explain BCS Inc. views.

25 August 2006: Bayside Council Meeting adopted the above recommendation of the General Committee – See Item 7.1.1 of minutes of Council meeting of 2006-08-25.

25 August 2006: Resolution of General Committee re Amendment C49 as a recommendation to Bayside Council – See Agenda Item 4.10 for Council meeting of 2006-08-25

Cr John Knight, Moysey Ward, successfully moved Amendment C49 go to Panel stage, but with some changes BCS Inc. et al. sought, e.g. a limit to 2 storeys and 9 metres height, and indexing parking contributions against a property and construction index rather than CPI.

BCS Inc. tells councillors staff report on BCS Inc. objections to Amendment C49 “Beaumaris Concourse Activity Centre”is most unpersuasive.
